Our mission is to produce high-quality flour with consistency, integrity, and care — honoring our heritage while embracing innovation to serve the evolving needs of our partners and communities.

Our History

Founded in 1978 in Belgaum by B. Shantilal, our journey began with a single vision: to produce quality flour through honest work and dedication to craft. What started as a modest milling operation has grown steadily over the decades, built on a foundation of trust, consistency, and deep-rooted values.

Our Process

We begin by selecting only high-grade wheat from trusted suppliers, ensuring purity and consistency. The grain then undergoes thorough cleaning, conditioning, and state-of-the-art milling in our facilities—including our newly launched, modern mill in Doddaballapur, Bangalore.

Our advanced systems allow for controlled grinding, uniform texture, and minimal wastage—delivering flour that meets the highest standards of hygiene, performance, and shelf life.

Each batch is quality-checked and traceable, so our partners and customers receive only the best, every time.

Sunil Jain, the Managing Director of BRFM, is the second-generation of the company. With over three decades of experience in the flour milling industry, Sunil has been instrumental in the company's growth and modernization. Under his leadership, BRFM expanded its operations by establishing a state-of-the-art mill in Dobbaballapur, Bangalo

Sunil Jain, the Managing Director of BRFM, is the second-generation of the company. With over three decades of experience in the flour milling industry, Sunil has been instrumental in the company's growth and modernization. Under his leadership, BRFM expanded its operations by establishing a state-of-the-art mill in Dobbaballapur, Bangalore, in 2024, increasing the company's grinding capacity to 114,000 MTPA.
